Top 3 MMA Gyms in Las Vegas Nevada
1. Syndicate MMA
Las Vegas, Nevada is the fight capital of the world. So, it comes as no surprise that the quality of the gyms in the area are extremely high. The sheer density of professional fighters training at Las Vegas gyms is as impressive as you’d expect.
Syndicate MMA is a prime example of an MMA gym that is rich with talent an experience from you to learn from and train with.
For the amateur or casual fighter, it might be surprising to hear that you can walk into Syndicate MMA and get trained by the likes of former two-time UFC Heavyweight Champion Frank Mir and multiple super-middleweight title holder Shane Mosley Jr.
The depth of experience and knowledge at hand from such an impressive coaching staff has to be the major selling point of Syndicate MMA. It’s fairly obvious that those looking to turn pro in their respective discipline, whether that be boxing or MMA, are going to benefit greatly from learning from experienced professionals.
Those not looking to turn pro shouldn’t be intimidated by the high-level staff as all are welcome. They have both amateur and professional teams at hand and you will be helped by the appropriate staff to help you achieve your goals. So, don’t worry about being locked in a cage for 5 rounds of hard sparring on day one. These people are incredible at what they do and will cater your experience to fit your personal goals.
All ages are welcome and kid's classes are available in the form of Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. As with most gyms teaching martial arts, the physical training is just one aspect. Kids are taught respect and discipline that can be utilized both in and out of the gym.
If that isn’t enough to convince you how good this gym really is, I implore you to check out their page on Tapology.com and see for yourself how many world-class fighters that gym has produced.

2. Xtreme Couture MMA
Xtreme Couture MMA is the perfect example of an old school hardcore gym that’s managed to keep up with the modern game, and excel at it too.
Founded by MMA legend and former UFC Light heavyweight and Heavyweight champion Randy “The Natural” Couture, Xtreme Couture MMA carries on a legacy of greatness for a new generation of MMA fighters.
The gym is currently lead by 2020 MMA Coach of the Year Eric Nicksick. If you haven't already heard of that name, most recently for his work with current UFC Heavyweight Champion Francis “The Predator” Ngannou, you likely will in the future. Quickly becoming one of the most sort after and respected minds in all of MMA, Eric Nicksick is name you should listen out for because the next time you hear it will likely be in connection to greatness.
This is another gym in Las Vegas focused more on the professional fighter, providing world-leading coaching and incredible facilities with multiple boxing rings and MMA cages. With a 5,000sqft mat area for grappling, striking specific areas with heavy bags and even a private weight room, Xtreme Couture MMA has everything you will ever need in a gym.
Of course, there doors are open to all ages and all skill levels, so you shouldn’t let the talent that resides there intimidate you. Instead see it as an opportunity to learn from the best, no matter your goals.
Just like with Syndicate MMA, if I have already convinced you of how prolific this gym is, I encourage you to check out their Tapology.com page and see how many truly special fighters have learned their craft at Xtreme Couture MMA.

3. Wand Fight Team
Wand Fight Team, in contrast to the previous two gyms I've mentioned, is not strictly geared towards the professional fighter. But, don’t make the mistake of thinking just because it’s not focused on pro fighters that the gym itself is not a high-quality gym.
Although Muay Thai lessons are available, the focus at Wand Fight Team is more on grappling. They offer classes in both Judo and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, along with traditional Muay Thai.
Judo is a martial art that see’s very little focus when it comes to MMA, even if it has been proven to be quite effective in the right hands. Most notably former UFC Bantamweight Champion Ronda Rousey and current PFL Featherweight Champion Kayla Harrison are known to implement Judo as a core facet of their MMA skillset.
They have a lot of kid's classes on offer, covering multiple age ranges. There is a very set curriculum and grading system at work with regards to kid's classes, ensuring they have steady growth with clear goals.
A free trail is on offer for those that might be unsure of it’s the right gym for them. So, don’t hesitate to call up or pop in and have a chat with the friendly coaching staff and see iif it is the right fit for you or your family.
