If you are looking for the best MMA gyms in Washington, then look no further.

We have compiled a list of the top 3 MMA gyms in Spokane, Washington to help you decide which gym is best for you and your needs.

Whether you're looking to start with an MMA gym for beginners, to pursue a career in fighting or simply looking to use MMA to get ripped, then the list below should give you all the information you need to make an informed decision.

1. Sik-Jitsu

Sik-Jitsu is a Spokane based gym that may not have the biggest notoriety, but it does house some world-class UFC talent, proving it is one of the top MMA gyms in Spokane.

This gym is very much geared towards people looking to compete in the cage. All comers are welcome but there is an expectation that you can keep up with the team and their tough training regimes.

Sik-Jitsu is founded and run by Rick Little who likes to emphasize the mental toughness of the game. Little has a phrase that sums up his approach to training and what he wants to get out of his fighters: “You're not allowed to block a body shot in my gym.”.

To some, both professionals and casuals, that may seem like an irresponsible stance for a coach to take. Without defending his approach, it’s impossible to deny that physical and mental toughness is a key element to fighting. What really matters is what you want to get out of your training. If your primary goal is to callus your mind and build some mental grit, then Sik Jitsu might be the exact gym you need.

Having produced some well-known UFC fighters like Michael Chiesa and former Bantamweight champ Julianna Pena, the results of this gym are undeniable.

They don’t have a website for you to browse the facilities, so if you are interested in learning more about their programs, then use the contact information below and start your fighting journey today.

He decided to move from Brazil and open a gym in Las Vegas where he trained James Weed to become a 2nd Degree Black Belt, a IBJJF Open Champion and a Black Belt Pan American Medalist.

James Weed took everything he learned from Walter Cascao and set up Cascao Newborn Jiu-Jitsu in Spokane, Washington.

3. Warrior Camp MMA

Owned by former MMA professional Joel Thomas, Warrior Camp MMA is a Spokane based gym focused on teaching its pupils well-rounded skills to improve physical fitness and confidence.

Joel is supported by Head Coach Pablo Alfonso a 2nd Degree Black Belt in BJJ and a former professional MMA fighter. He brings his two decades of experience to Warrior Camp and heads up the BJJ program as well as the professional fight camp program, helping fighters get ready for the big stage.

It’s a growing gym that holds some impressive UFC rising stars like Lightweight Terrence (T.Wrecks) McKinney and Bantamweight Saidyokub Kakhramonov.

Classes are generally broken down between group and private. Group classes are geared towards more casual martial artists who are looking to learn and bond with fellow minded people. Private classes are more focused on those looking to really fine-tune their skills and get ready for a fight. Private classes are not exclusive to professionals, and some may find that the one-to-one training is what suits them best, especially if they want to hit their goals quickly.

They have kid's classes for both BJJ and Muay Thai, so you can be assured Warrior Camp MMA is a friendly environment for the whole family.

One of the best aspects of Warrior Camp MMA is that they also hold live events for grappling and MMA cage fighting. This is quite rare for most gyms and gives Warrior Camp MMA a real leg up over its competition. Live events are a great way to learn, to bond with your fellow gym goers and just have a great time, while maybe getting inspired to try it yourself.
